Clients retain full rights to original materials they provide (e.g., manuscripts, brand assets). Final deliverables created by ClickHivePress may only be used by the client for approved purposes.

 Service Delivery
Timelines and milestones will be provided at the beginning of each project. Delays caused by client inaction (e.g., late responses or missing materials) may extend the delivery schedule. Revisions, where included, are subject to the number and scope agreed upon at the start. 

 Payments and Billing
Full or partial payment may be required before project work begins, depending on the service type. Payment details and due dates will be outlined in your invoice. Late payments may result in paused services or project cancellation. 

 Refunds and Cancellations
ClickHivePress follows a transparent service model. Refunds are available only if requested before any work has begun. Once a project starts, refunds are not guaranteed. Custom design work, digital services, and ad campaigns are non-refundable once delivered or launched. 

Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information and timely feedback to ensure the success of each project. ClickHivePress is not liable for content submitted by the client that violates third-party rights, including copyright or trademark.

 Limitation of Liability
ClickHivePress is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. We do not guarantee specific results such as book sales, ad performance, or rankings.
